Calle Floreciendo is a Los Angeles-based event and experiential production agency that creates vibrant experiences where community, culture and authenticity are prioritized. We celebrate diversity and inclusivity, and bring community-focused values into all of our work.
We have a diverse portfolio that allows us to produce events and activations that are both artistically daring and traditionally professional. We are dedicated to working with organizations and brands that want to serve their communities and audiences in ways that are engaging, aesthetically wowing, thoughtful, memorable and culturally-aware.
While we celebrate all communities, our mission is to create more intentional events that center Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, LGBTQ and disabled communities.

Calle Floreciendo refers to the vibrant streets of our communities. It's the feeling of the warm sun on your skin, the sound of birds chirping and smell of flowers. It's the block parties, street vendors, el mercado, music, dancing and joy. It's the breath of fresh air of authentic cultural representation and community building.
Calle Floreciendo was founded by Karla Hernandez, a seasoned event producer with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
Karla is a thoughtful visionary and leader with a magical touch for building strong and specialized teams for each project. A long time and continuous commitment to community has allowed her to grow a wide network of creatives: from designers to builders, chefs and wellness facilitators. There is no project that is too big or that will lack talent or authenticity.
